本週這個通訊發佈的時候，青少年退修會正在進行中。在過去一個星期中，肯塔基州阿斯伯里大學(Asbury University)的禱告復興運動吸引了許多媒體的關注(一些報導與評論收集在這裡)。盼望大家在這個主日特別為本會的青少年禱告，在這次退修會當中得到聖靈的澆灌，在屬靈生命當中得到突破性的變化!
從本主日開始，上午9:30在Hub舉行的Milpitas英語成人崇拜可以透過Zoom參加。 這是邀請講英語的朋友和家人一起敬拜和學習神的話語的好方法。請到這頁注冊以得Zoom鏈接。
本星期三2/22是大齋節(Lent)的開始。為期40天，直到復活節，大齋節是很多來自不同傳統的基督徒祈禱、禁食和施捨的節期。在未來一個星期，不妨考慮選擇一天，少吃一餐禁食禱告，尋求神的同在和靈性生活的更新。
美加華人浸信會聯會與本會合作，在2023年為教會講或懂粵語的會眾帶來一系列關於 “保羅的人生觀 ” 網絡研討會。在2023年2月23日，這星期四，系列的第一課 “保羅看聖靈–信徒與聖靈 ” 由陳伯安牧師教導。陳牧師是德克薩斯州Belton市的伯特利華人浸信會的顧問牧師。請點擊這裡 獲取網絡研討會的鏈接。
上星期四，生命之糧禱告之家(Bread of Life House of Prayer)有一個美好的啓動。下一次的禱告之家禱告會安排在3/2星期四晚上7點。每月這個聯合教會的禱告會都會有一個主題，在三月主題是醫治和康復。如果你或你認識的人正在遭受疾病的困擾，請把握機會參加 3/2的祈禱會，讓主內的弟兄姊妹為你代禱。

本區的浸聯會(Great Commission Association)將於3/4星期六在Milpitas匯點為本區舉辦一個聯誼禱告午餐。聯誼午餐將於上午11:30在體育館開始，隨後下午1點到2點在禮堂有敬拜和禱告的時間。請在這裏報名以協助午餐準備。
由於預期的要求，我們在4月安排了兩個浸禮日期。英語和青少年在棕樹主日（4/2），粵語和國語在復活節主日（4/9）。如果你在考慮受浸，請與教牧同工聯絡。

The youth retreat is underway as this weekly newsletter is being released. In the past week, the spiritual awakening evidently taking place at Ashbury University has captured much media attention (some reports and opinions are collected here). Let’s pray that our young people may receive the outpouring of the Spirit during this retreat and experience transformative changes in their lives!
Starting this Sunday, the Milpitas English adult worship service meeting 9:30AM at the Hub will also be available on Zoom. It could be a great way to invite any English-speaking friend and family member to worship and study God’s word together. Go to this page to sign up and obtain the Zoom link.
This coming Wednesday 2/22 is the beginning of Lent, a 40-day season of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving leading up to Easter. Ash Wednesday is traditionally a day Christians from various traditions set apart to wait upon the Lord. This coming week is an opportune time to consider picking a day to fast by skipping a meal and seek the indwelling of God and renewal of your spiritual life!
The Living Bread House of Prayer had a beautiful launch this past Thursday. The next House of Prayer is scheduled on Thursday 3/2 at 7PM. Every month, there will be a theme for this joint-church prayer meeting. In March, the theme of our prayer is healing and recovery. If you or people you know are suffering from sickness and disease, please join us on 3/2. There will be brothers and sisters in Christ interceding for you!
An Alpha group tackling big questions in life will start on Friday 3/3. Please help invite friends to join. More details can be found here.
The Great Commission Association will host a prayer fellowship lunch at Crosspoint Milpitas for Baptist churches in the region on Saturday 3/4. There will be lunch fellowship starting 11:30AM in the gym, followed by praise and prayer at the worship center 1-2PM. Please sign up here to help lunch preparation.
Because of anticipated requests, we have scheduled two baptism dates in April – both Palm Sunday (4/2) for the English/youths and Easter Sunday (4/9) for Cantonese/Mandarin. If you are thinking about getting baptized, please talk to any pastors.
