這星期日，是匯點教會成立 25 週年的感恩崇拜。

廿五年前！神感動聖荷西華人浸信會差派我和師母，帶著 58位弟兄姊妹出來植堂，開始經歷一個不一樣的事奉。

廿五年裡！我看到的是神的同在！祂帶領匯點在Milpitas, Pleasanton, Tracy, Peninsula, and San Leandro 建立堂會，成立福音基地。教會裡的弟兄姊妹，很多都是透過匯點認識主和接受主。已信主的，我看著他們成長，忠心地在不同的堂會服事。在教會的順境和逆境中，我看見神行神蹟，把不可能的變成可能，把困難變成祝福。這是大家有目共睹的。

廿五年過去！我只能說：神是神！我軟弱時祂饒恕我；我動搖時，祂扶持我；我失望時，祂給盼望；我傷心時，祂安慰我。祂提醒我耶穌也曾為我受苦、受凌辱。

這一切一切，很多弟兄姊妹和我一起經歷。無論你在匯點的日子有多久，你的出現和參與都有神的心意和安排。既是這樣，讓我們一起回應這廿五年神的恩典。

讓我們同聲說：我在這裡，請差遣我！

這星期日，請大家早一點到在Milpitas的主堂參加下午三點鐘開始的感恩崇拜，除教會的停車場外，教會附近的街道均可停泊車輛。

感恩崇拜暨按牧典禮用單語進行，我們將在 104室有粵語即時傳譯，國語傳譯則按排在 Hub 裡面進行。兒童將有專人照顧。

我鼓勵匯點人穿著記念T恤，外加外套參與敬拜聚會和晚宴 。崇拜後有全體大合照，然後前往半島豪苑酒樓晚宴。

代禱事項

• 讚美神的安排，在十月卅一日給我們有好的天氣，在San Leandro分堂停車場舉行嘉年華會，有數百人出席參加，與眾多社區人士同樂，和他們建立關係。求神讓我們在各個社區中建立良好的名聲，能見證神的美善。
• 為教會成立 25 週年感恩。求神繼續使用我們教會能成為人與神的交匯點，將更多人帶到神施恩的寶座面前，祈求神的憐憫、醫治和拯救。
• 為容旭輝傳道和Caleb Hankin傳道祈禱。他們這星期日將被按立為牧師，全心全意服事獨一真神。祈求神保守他們的心志，並加添他們愛神愛人的心，引領更多人信主並成為像主的門徒。
• 為按立執事籌備委員會和修章委員會祈禱。他們將於星期六晚舉行聯合會議，協調修章和按立執事的相關細則。求神賜智慧，並引領他們作合神心意的決定。
• 為各堂點正籌組明年義工團隊祈禱。求神感動更多人願意起來事奉上帝，建立能榮耀神的教會。

From the Heart of a Shepherd

This Sunday is the 25th anniversary of Crosspoint Church. We will have a Thanksgiving worship service in the afternoon.

Twenty-five years ago! God moved the Chinese Baptist Church of San Jose to send my wife and me, along with 58 brothers and sisters, to plant a church in Milpitas. We began a different ministry journey.

In these twenty-five years! I have witnessed God’s presence! He led Crosspoint to establish churches and evangelistic bases in Milpitas, Pleasanton, Tracy, Peninsula, and San Leandro. Many brothers and sisters in Christ came to know and accept the Lord through Crosspoint. Those who have already believed have grown, faithfully serving in different church campuses. In the church’s good times and bad, I have seen God perform miracles, turning the impossible into possible, and difficulties into blessings. This is evident to all.

Twenty-five years have passed! I can only say: God is Good! When I was weak, He forgave me; when I wavered, He upheld me; when I was disappointed, He gave me hope; when I was heartbroken, He comforted me. He reminded me that Jesus also suffered and was humiliated for me.

Many brothers and sisters have experienced all of this with me. No matter how long you’ve been at Crosspoint Church, your presence and participation are all in accordance with God’s will and plan. Therefore, let us respond to God’s grace over these twenty-five years, and say to Him in unity: Here I am, send me.

Please arrive early at our main church campus in Milpitas for the Thanksgiving service starting at 3:00 PM. Parking is also available on the streets near the church.

The Thanksgiving service and ordination ceremony will be conducted in a single language. Cantonese interpretation will be available in Room 104, while Mandarin interpretation will be arranged in the Hub. Child-care will be provided.

We encourage Crosspoint members to wear commemorative T-shirts and jackets to the worship service. After the service, there will be a group photo, followed by dinner at the Pearl Harbor Peninsula Grand Restaurant in Milpitas.

Prayer Requests

• Praise be to God for His arrangement of good weather on October 31st, allowing us to hold a carnival in the parking lot of our San Leandro church campus, attended by hundreds of people, enjoying time with many community folks and building relationships with them. Pray that God will grant us a good reputation in our communities, enabling us to witness to His goodness.
• Give thanks for the church’s 25th anniversary. Pray that God will continue to use our church as a meeting point between people and God, bringing more people to the throne of His grace. Let’s pray for God’s mercy, healing, and salvation.
• Pray for Pastors Sam Yung and Caleb Hankin. They will be ordained this Sunday, serving the one true God wholeheartedly. Pray that God will protect their hearts and strengthen their love for God and people, leading more people to faith and becoming disciples like Him.
• Pray for the Ordination Committee and the Bylaw Committee. They will hold a joint meeting on Saturday evening to coordinate the details of bylaw revision and ordination process. Pray that God will grant them wisdom and guide them to make decisions that are pleasing to Him.
• Pray for the recruitment of volunteer teams for each church campus next year. Pray that God will move more people to step up and serve God, and to build churches that glorify His name.
