教會將於下星期日，五月十七日，下午二時三十分，在Milpitas 主堂舉行年中會員大會，並將會在會中選立匯點教會首批執事和修改部分會章。按立執事籌備委員和修章委員會將於星期三晚，五月十三日八時，舉行網上答問大會，歡迎關心教會的弟兄姊妹上網連線參加。會員在星期日必須親身出席會員大會，參與議事和投票。

五月二十九日，星期五晚八時，我們邀請到「泥土音樂」創辦人，知名基督徒詩歌創作人盛曉玫和她的團隊前來主領音樂佈道會。佈道會將於在Milpitas 主堂舉行，請把握機會邀請慕道友和喜歡基督徒詩歌的親友參加。

在Milpitas 主堂舉行的假期聖經學校已開始接受報名，是我們邀請未信主的鄰居、同事、親友把小孩子帶到教會認識福音的好機會。我們只餘下十幾個名額，請幫忙把電子海報轉發給親友們。

剛收到小苓傳道的短訊，告訴我星期六早上在Tracy的母親節崇拜有 60-70人出席，絕大部份都是慕道友。感謝讚美神！莊稼真的熟了，我們要求主呼喚更多肯承擔、願意出去收割的工人去收割。

代禱事項

• 1. 讚美並感謝神，祂經常用不同方式提醒我們要傳福音、收莊稼。求神讓我們成為被呼喚出去收割莊稼的工人。
• 2. 為下主日的會員大會祈禱。求神讓關愛教會的弟兄姊妹在會議中同感一靈，順利選出教會第一批執事，以協助牧者們照顧、關心主內的弟兄姊妹。
• 3. 為建議修改的會章能得到絕大部份會員認可，讓教會能更有效發展和推動教會事工祈禱。求聖靈賜智慧給會員，並感動大家按神心意通過修章內容。
• 4. 為假期聖經學校招生祈禱。求神讓我們能利用這機會，引領更多慕道家庭到我們教會來認識基督的信仰和福音。
• 5. 為五月廿九日晚在Milpitas主堂舉行的盛曉梅福音詩歌佈道會祈禱。求神讓我們能邀請更多慕道友參加佈道會，讓他們有機會聽信福音。

From the Heart of a Shepherd

The church will hold its mid-year membership meeting next Sunday, May 17th, at 2:30 PM in the Milpitas main campus. The meeting will include the election of the first batch of deacons and amendments to two articles of the church bylaws. The ordination planning committee and the bylaws revision committee will hold an online Q&A session on Wednesday evening, May 13th, at 8:00 PM. Brothers and sisters who care about the church are welcome to participate online. Members must attend the membership meeting in person on Sunday to participate in discussions and voting.

On Friday, May 29th, at 8:00 PM, we have invited Sheng Xiaomei, founder of “Clay Music” and a well-known Christian song writer and her team to lead a music evangelistic meeting. The evangelistic meeting will be held in the Milpitas main campus. Please take this opportunity to invite seekers and friends who enjoy Christian music to attend.

Registration for the Vacation Bible School held at the Milpitas main campus is now open for enrollment. This is a great opportunity to invite non-believing neighbors, colleagues, and relatives to bring their children to church to learn about the gospel. We only have a dozen or so spots left, please help forward the e-poster to your friends and family.

I just received a short message from Pastor Xiaoling, informing me that 60-70 people attended the Tracy’s Mother’s Day worship service on Saturday morning, the vast majority of whom are seekers. Praise be to God! The harvest is truly ripe; let us ask the Lord to call upon more willing and dedicated workers to reap the harvest.

Prayer Requests

• Praise and thank God, who frequently reminds us to share the gospel and reap the harvest in different ways. Pray that God will call us to be the workers who go out to reap the harvest.
• Pray for next Sunday’s membership meeting. Pray that God will make the brothers and sisters who care for the church be of one mind, so that we will successfully elect the first batch of church deacons to assist the pastors in caring for and supporting the brothers and sisters in Christ.
• Pray that the proposed amendments to the church bylaws will be approved by the vast majority of church members, so that we can advance the ministry of the church in a more effective way. Pray that the Holy Spirit will grant wisdom to the members and move them to adopt the amendments according to God’s will.
• Pray for the enrollment of the Vacation Bible School. Pray that God will enable us to use this opportunity to lead more families to our church to learn about Christ’s faith and the gospel.
• Pray for the Gospel Song Evangelistic Meeting to be held on the evening of May 29th at the Milpitas main campus. Pray that God will enable us to invite more seekers to the meeting, so that they will have a chance to respond to God’s call for receiving the salvation.
