For 26 years, Pastor Justin Wong has equipped students, families, and young adults through Gospel-centered discipleship and theological depth for the next generation. He serves through Asian American youth ministry initiatives, helping churches faithfully engage emerging generations. Pastor Justin holds a Doctor of Ministry and a Doctor of Education, along with an M.Div. and a Th.M. He teaches Bible and theology as an adjunct professor, focusing on biblical worldview and spiritual resilience.

David W. Choi is a pastor and youth ministry leader with over a decade of service in Northeast churches. He holds a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has served at Cherry Hill Chinese Christian Church, Lynbrook Baptist Church, and Korean churches in New York. He builds youth programs from the ground up. At Korean Evangelical Church of New York, he grew the youth group from 9 to 29 members and started a basketball outreach that brought 20 community members into the church. He has launched worship bands and discipleship programs, and trained volunteer leaders.

Rev. Gil De La Rosa serves as the Director of Missions for the Gold Coast Baptist Association in California. He graduated from San Jose Bible College and Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He previously served as the Lead Pastor at New Hope Community Church. In his community service work, he serves as a literacy consultant and certified trainer for the CA WMU Compassion Ministries Team.

程陽傑長老是聖言副會長兼主任。他目前在達拉斯神學院攻讀講道學博士課程。他曾任基督之家第六間教會的執行長老，服務期間為2022年至2026年。他於2021年畢業於聖言講道研經學院講道學碩士課程。他投身志願服務逾十年，參與YouVersion的工作。他主辦過網絡宣教論壇和職場點燈等公眾領域的服事。他在網絡安全領域的高科技公司工作了18年。

鑑於灣區華人及華人教會眾多，福音禾場廣大，范文堅傳道夫婦於2015年找到佈道團的核心成員及顧問團，在2015年7月正式成立灣區短宣佈道團，並在每年7月底舉辦「耶穌愛華埠」本地短宣週，三藩市和屋崙兩地同時進行。兩年後，范梁傳道把完整的佈道訓練課程帶進灣區，協助灣區教會培訓信徒傳福音與栽培。2017年7月，佈道團改名為三藩市灣區短宣中心，幫助華人教會推動及培訓華人信徒承擔福音使命，拓展天國異象。

梁展緯傳道在中信福音中心（尤其是Cupertino的福音中心）和教會負責餐飲業事工，服事的對象是兩處的餐館員工。他的使命是關心華人餐飲業的基層員工和他們的下一代，照顧他們生活、教育、心靈三方面的需要；希望孩子們能在教會找到歸屬感、愛和好榜樣，讓他們的生命改變。他說自己已經歷了神的愛，所以願意把愛傳給社會基層的餐館工人。

楊志明弟兄在匯點受浸，其後一直致力於推動教會的社區活動，幫助匯點San Leandro堂會進入社區，成為人與神的橋樑。楊弟兄現於Gateway神學院攻讀神學研究碩士課程（MTS）。
