兒童事工 Children's Ministry
Before the new school year begins in September, our Children's Ministry staff is prayerfully preparing for another year of partnering with families to help children grow in their faith.
- Please pray for wisdom as our staff seeks God's guidance in planning according to His will.
- Pray also that God will call and strengthen the hearts of our volunteers as they serve.
- Finally, pray that our ministry will nurture the spiritual growth of our children and their families, equipping them to be a blessing and share God's love with our community.
Thank you for keeping Children's Ministry in your prayers!
九月新學年即將開始，兒童事工同工團隊正積極為新學年禱告並籌備各項事工，盼望能與家庭一同陪伴孩子在信仰中成長。懇請弟兄姊妹為我們代禱：

🏕️2026 Sports Camp (Pleasanton Campus)
🙌Praise the Lord for an Incredible Week of Student Ministry!
From soccer ⚽ and basketball 🏀 to dance 🩰 and cheerleading 📣, our students brought their absolute best every single day during this year's Short-Term Mission Trip!
Here’s what God did this week:
🏃♂️ 20 Student Volunteers stepped up to serve at Sports Camp as part of their Short-Term Mission Trip.
🎉42 Campers joined us for our very first Sports Camp at the Pleasanton campus—including 14 kids who do not regularly attend church!
A Huge Team Effort: We’re so grateful for the UW Sport ministry staff, Pastor Hankin, Pastor Caleb Wan, our church staff, and the amazing parents who served right alongside our students.
☀️ Serving Day & Night
Our students worked hard serving over 40 kids each day. Even when they were completely exhausted, the kids' smiles kept them going.
And they didn't stop there! In the afternoons, our team prepped lunches to neighbors in need through CityTeam. Seeing them share Christ’s Love in action—both at camp and across our city—was incredible.
We’re praying for every child and family who attended, trusting that the seeds planted this week will bear lasting fruit!

感謝讚美主!! 暑期研經班已於7月26日正式開課，共有42位弟兄姊妹參加. 我們為弟兄姊妹渴慕神的話語、願意一同學習與追求真理獻上感恩!!
懇請弟兄姊妹繼續為課程、授課老師及學員代禱，求主賜福每一堂課，賜給授課老師智慧、恩典與健康；
也求主開啟學員的心, 使神的話語扎根心中，生命不斷得著更新. 願主保守整個研經班滿有祂的同在.

English Young Adult Discovery Bay Trip (July 17 to July 19)
We had a retreat with some of our young adult men this weekend in Discovery Bay. We had a blast kayaking, canoeing, playing pickleball, eating BBQ, and most importantly, studying God’s Word and worshipping together.
We had 19 people on our trip, and we’re thankful for the chance to bond better with God and each other. Praise the Lord!

We just conducted a sound stress test at the Milpitas church campus to ensure everything would go smoothly for a successful viewing party at the church for the World Cup final!
