2 Thessalonians 1:11-12
'To this end we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by his power, so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.'

1. Make it Count
- 2 Thessalonians 1:5
'This is evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are also suffering— '

2. Finish it
- James 1:2-4
'Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.'

3. For Glory
Colossians 3:23-24
‘Whatever you are doing, work at it with enthusiasm as to the Lord and not for people, because you know that you will receive your inheritance from the Lord as the reward. Serve the Lord Christ.’

Philippians 1:6
'And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. '

Prayer:
Jesus, we ask that you help us to live our lives solely to please you by serving others as you serve us. Help us to do everything with excellence to bring glory to your name. Help us not conform to the ways of the world or to participate in gossip, complaining, idle talk, or any immoral acts that don’t conform to your word your purpose for my life. Help me keep the eyes of my heart and mind on your promises and your second coming! To seek to praise and glorify only your name and not seek the praise of man. Thank you that you can be trusted and that you are renewing my heart and mind to become more like you! In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
